These Terms & Conditions govern your use of adoptamaltipoopuppy.com (“we,” “us,” “our”) and any purchase made through this site. By using this site or purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us
We are a small, home-based Maltipoo breeder located in Miami, FL. We are not a pet store, shelter, or rescue organization. All puppies listed on this site are bred and raised by us.

2. Reservations and Purchases
Adding a puppy to your cart and completing checkout reserves that puppy for you., full payment required at booking, or deposit + balance due at pickup. Reservations are not final until payment is received and confirmed.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Once a deposit or payment is received for a specific puppy, the agreed price is locked in.

4. Health Guarantee
All puppies are sold subject to the terms of our separate Health Guarantee & Purchase Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

5. Pickup and Delivery
Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age, pending final vet clearance. [Insert your actual pickup/delivery policy — who pays for delivery, what happens if a buyer can’t pick up on schedule, boarding fees if applicable.]

6. Cancellations and Refunds
